User Agreement

Thanks for playing Shelfie: Sort & Match (the "Game"), published by ibbie ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to this User Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

1. Your license to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game, its levels, art, characters (including Meemo), music, sound effects and code belong to us or our licensors.

2. Coins, boosters and other virtual items

Coins, boosters, start boosters, lives, stars, themes and other in-game items are part of the Game's license. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be sold or transferred. We may change how virtual items work, for example to balance the Game. Except where the law says otherwise, virtual items are not refundable.

3. Purchases and the VIP subscription

• Purchases are made through Google Play and are governed by Google Play's terms. Refund requests go through Google Play.
• Remove Ads is a one-time purchase. It turns off the banner and the ads between levels on your Google account, and adds a one-time coin bonus the first time it's bought.
• VIP is a weekly subscription that renews automatically at the price shown in the Game until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current week. VIP benefits are described in the Game and may be updated.
• Coin packs add coins to your wallet right away. Bundles and offers add the coins, boosters and other items listed on them.
• Some offers are limited: they may be available only once (like the starter pack), for a limited time, or only at certain points in the Game. Offers and their contents may change.
• Unlimited lives from a bundle last for the time shown, counted in real time from when you buy it, whether or not you're playing.
• The piggy bank collects coins as you win levels. Buying it adds the coins inside at the time of purchase to your wallet.

4. Lives

From a certain level on, losing or leaving a level uses a life, and lives refill over time. You can also refill them with coins or by watching an optional reward video. VIP members and players with active unlimited lives don't use lives.

5. Ads

The free version of the Game shows ads (see the Privacy Policy). Reward videos are always optional.

6. Play fair

Please don't cheat. You agree not to modify, hack, decompile or reverse engineer the Game (except as the law allows), use cheat tools, fake purchases, or exploit bugs to get items you didn't earn or buy. If the Game detects tampering it may reset coins and boosters, refuse to run a modified copy, or remove items obtained by cheating.

Please choose a kind player name: once you sign in to Google Play Games, other players see it on the leaderboards. Don't use names that are offensive, that share links or contact details, or that pretend to be someone else (including us or Google). The Game turns down some names, players can report others, and we may hide a name or a player from the leaderboards.

7. Cloud save

Cloud save through Google Play Games is optional and provided by Google. We can't guarantee that saves are always available, so we're not responsible for lost progress, but we'll try to help if you contact us.

8. Changes to the Game and to this agreement

We may update, change or stop parts of the Game at any time. We may update this agreement; the new version applies from the date shown above. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated agreement.

9. No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't promise that it will be error-free or always available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost progress or virtual items. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in this agreement limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

11. Ending this agreement

You can stop playing at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may end your license if you break this agreement.
